Year 6 has had an exhilarating term and they have been working terrifically hard!
In Science, children have been learning about classification and used microscopes to examine a variety of leaves in fine detail. They have been learning about the different biomes and applying their knowledge on this throughout geography lessons.
In Maths, they have increased their knowledge on statistics, angles and have been working to further improve their arithmetic skills.
In English, children wrote a non-chronological report on a biome of their choice and have been practising their comprehension skills!
A large group of Year 6's have been working very hard on a dance routine and some had the opportunity to perform this at the Cresset- what an achievement.
Our Year 6s have worked very hard this term- well done and keep it up! Have a safe and relaxing half term.
