This week the Reception children have taken part in Road Safety training with our local Road Safety Officer, Jenny.
They were incredibly knowledgeable knowing to stop, look and listen when crossing a road, the importance of wearing a helmet when riding a bike or scooter and always wearing a seat belt in a car. Some of our children and parents took their learning out into our local area, playing some games before practising their skills to cross roads safely and how to cross at a zebra crossing. Such valuable, lifelong skills being developed. Thank you to Jenny and our parents for giving up their time.
