We would like to take this opportunity to share our Ofsted report. As you can Imagine we are delighted by the outcome. Thank you to all staff for their commitment and dedication. The report recognises the “rapid improvements" in the school and the ‘enthusiastic’ children we have.
The last nine months of the school’s journey has been one of a fast-moving pace and enthusiasm. The high expectations set by the leadership team including governors have been the driving force behind this success. The collaboration between schools has been a vital source of support and challenge. Without this collaboration we would not have thrived so well.
Many children spoke to the Ofsted Inspector, they talked about working hard and how they enjoy their learning with the increased aspiration and ambition. The ‘broaderexperiences’ we provide add to the ‘highly ambitious curriculum’ children receive. All children from Reception to Year 6 were keen to show their work and discuss their learning with the Inspector.
Mrs Firth and I never stand still and have high aspirations for Paston Ridings Primary School so we are already onto the next stage of our school journey.
We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and we are looking forward to the next step on our journey. It is a privilege to be part of the Paston community
